Abstract: Connecting your account

This article demonstrates how to establish a connection between Abstract and Quickwork.

To connect your Abstract account with Quickwork, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quickwork, click on the Simple Action button under the Steps section, and choose the Abstract app from the Apps list. There are no triggers for this app.
2. Choose an action of your choice.
3. The input fields contain the API key field required for connection which is associated with the selected action:
   
   
   
   
4. To get the API key, log in to your Abstract account. Now, select the API that is requested as per the action selected, that is, email validation, phone validation, VAT, and IP geolocation. For example, here the Phone validation API is selected under APIs to verify on the left-hand side menu bar. You will find the API key displayed for that API under Try it out:
   
   
   
   
5. Paste the respective API key in the input field of your action:
   
   
   
   
6. Now,  Abstract account will get connected successfully when the respective action is performed.
