UnionBank: Connecting your account

This article demonstrates how to establish a connection between UnionBank and Quickwork.

To connect your UnionBank account with Quickwork, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quickwork, click the Simple Action button under the Steps section, and choose the UnionBank app from the Apps list. There are no triggers for this app.
2. Choose an action of your choice.
3. Click on the Link an account button to establish a new connection.
4. The Connect to UnionBank window will pop up containing the client ID and client secret fields:
   
   
   
   
5. To get these credentials, log in to your UnionBank account. Click on the three vertical dots menu present in the top right corner of the screen. Click on View Dashboard. Click on ADD APP to create a new app:
   
   
6. Give a suitable title and description. Leave the oauth redirect URL field blank. Click on the Submit button:
   
   
   
   
7. Your client ID and client secret will be displayed on the screen. Copy these credentials:
   
   
   
   
8. Now, to subscribe to the API, click here. Hover the mouse over Branch and ATM Location:
   
   
   
   
9. Click on the wifi symbol to subscribe:
   
   
   
   
10. A pop up will be displayed with the plans. Click on Subscribe under the plan:
    
    
    
    
11. Select the organization and click on Subscribe button associated with the respective app:
    
    
    
    
12. Now you will be redirected back to the API Catalogue page. Scroll down to find Foreign Exchange Rate. Hover your mouse over it and click on the wifi symbol to subscribe:
    
    
    
    
13. A pop up will be displayed with the plans as displayed in step 10. Click on Subscribe under the plan:
    
    
    
    
14. Select the organization and click on Subscribe button associated with the respective app:
    
    
15. You have successfully subscribed to the API now. Paste the copied credentials from step 7 in the respective fields of the Connect to UnionBank window:
    
    
    
    
16. Now, click the Link account button. Your UnionBank account will get connected successfully.
