Guidebook: Connecting your account

This article demonstrates how to establish a connection between Guidebook and Quickwork.

To connect your Guidebook account with Quickwork, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quickwork, click the Simple Action button under the Steps section, and choose the Guidebook app from the Apps list. There are no triggers for this app.
2. Choose an action of your choice.
3. Click on the Link an account button to establish a new connection.
4. The Connect to Guidebook window will pop up containing the API key fields:
   
   
   
   
5. To get the API key, log in to your Guidebook account. Click on your profile name in the top right corner. Click on Manage your account. Click on the API key. Click on the New key button to create a new key. Click on Show token next to your API key name. Your API key will be displayed on the screen:
   
   
   
   
6. Now paste the copied credentials in the Connect to Guidebook window:
   
   
   
   
7. Now, click the Link account button. Your Guidebook account will get connected successfully.
