Liondesk: Connecting your account

This article demonstrates how to establish a connection between Liondesk and Quickwork.

• Liondesk account

To connect your Liondesk account with Quickwork, follow these steps:

1. Go to Quickwork, click on the Simple Action button under the Steps section, and choose the Liondesk app from the Apps list. There are no triggers for this app.
2. Choose an action of your choice.
3. Click on the Link an account button to establish a new connection.
4. The Connect to Liondesk window will pop up containing the access token field:
   
   
   
   
5. To get the credentials, log in to your LionDesk account. Click on the NEW APP button on the right side of the screen:
   
   
   
   
6. Enter the name and redirect URI then click on the SAVE button:
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the REVEAL MY ACCESS TOKEN button:
   
   
   
   
8. Your access token will be displayed on the screen. Copy and paste the credentials on the Connect to Liondesk window:
   
   
   
   
9. Now, click the Link account button. Your Liondesk account will get connected successfully.
