Add email alert when Journey Run fail
Can we receive a message. by email if a Journey is failing?

Thanks for your message.We do send emails on the failure of Journeys, one per Journey per hour. Are you unable to receive them?

After checking our logs, it seems like your email provider is blocking our emails, that is what is causing these emails to be not delivered to you. We suggest having a look and your email settings. We can provide you more information over email as well.
