  A Time-out error occurs when a transaction exceeds the default execution time limit of 15 minutes. The journey is terminated, and the error can be viewed in the History tab.

   To resolve Time-out errors:

  • Optimize time-consuming steps: Identify and streamline steps causing delays.
  • Batch processing: Break data into smaller batches when using loops.
  • Use callable journeys: Move repetitive or shared steps into a callable journey to save time and resources.
