  Yes, you can move a step within a journey in Quickwork using a simple drag-and-drop method. To do this, navigate to the journey, stop the journey (as steps cannot be moved while the journey is in execution), hover over the action bar, and drag the step to the desired position. A yellow bar will indicate where the step will be placed.
