  IP whitelisting is a security feature that allows only specified IP addresses to access an API or system. By configuring an IP whitelist, you ensure that requests are only accepted from trusted, pre-approved IP addresses, blocking access from unknown or potentially malicious sources. This adds an extra layer of security, protecting your API from unauthorized access and ensuring that only designated users or systems can interact with it. It can be set within the client access profile configuration in Quickwork’s API Management tool.
