Delay between steps
A customer receives an immediate thank-you email after purchasing a product. I want to send a follow-up email with additional product recommendations 48 hours later. How do I do it?

To add a delay in your journey using the Scheduler by Quickwork:
- Add the Scheduler by Quickwork - Delay as an action within your journey.
- Specify the Duration of the delay.
- Select the Time unit, which is the time unit (e.g., seconds, minutes, hours, days) to define the length of the delay.
This setup ensures that there is a controlled pause between specific steps in your journey, allowing for time-sensitive processing or sequenced task execution.
