     By configuring the Scheduler as an action between the initial thank-you email and the follow-up email step, you can introduce a 48-hour delay, ensuring the second email is sent at the desired time, improving customer interaction and retention.

    To add a delay in your journey using the Scheduler by Quickwork:

    1. Add the Scheduler by Quickwork - Delay as an action within your journey.
    2.  Specify the Duration of the delay. 
    3. Select the Time unit, which is the time unit (e.g., seconds, minutes, hours, days) to define the length of the delay.

    This setup ensures that there is a controlled pause between specific steps in your journey, allowing for time-sensitive processing or sequenced task execution.
