A Content Template in Quickwork is a reusable content structure that integrates seamlessly with logic-less Mustache templates, allowing you to create consistent, standardized messages or emails with dynamic placeholders. These placeholders are populated with real-time data from triggers or actions in your workflows, enabling you to personalize communications efficiently.

    How to Use Content Templates:

    1. Create a Template: Go to Tools > Content Templates and click on + Create Template. Define the template's structure and add placeholders (e.g., {{customer_name}}, {{customer_email}}).
    2. Input Schema: Define the data fields required in the template's Input Schema. For example, fields like customer name or email address that need to be filled dynamically.
    3. Integrate into Journeys: Use the template in your journeys by mapping the required data fields from your triggers or actions to the placeholders in the template. For example, pull customer feedback from Typeform to send a personalized thank-you email via Gmail.
