How can I set up a shared email address for automated notifications across multiple journeys?

    You can create a constant for the email address. For example, Go to Tools - Constants. Create a constant named "Support Email" with the value ‘support_demo@gmail.com’. This constant will then appear as a data pill in the Data Tree Output, allowing you to use it across all journeys that need the email address. Any updates to this email address only need to be made in the Constants section, and they’ll reflect automatically in all journeys.
