What roles can be assigned to a team member in Quickwork, and what permissions do each role provide?

    In Quickwork, team members can be assigned predefined roles that determine their level of access and the actions they can perform. The roles and their permissions are as follows:

    • Admin: Has full access to perform all functions related to connections, journeys, folders, versions, and history, with the exception of sharing a journey.
    • Analyst: Can perform all functions related to connections, journeys, folders, versions, and history, except they cannot delete a folder or delete/share a journey.
    • Moderator: Has view-only access to shared folders, journeys within them, and versions.

    To view a detailed permissions table, you can click the permissions table link in the Send Invitation dialog box.
