What is a transaction in Quickwork, and how is it counted in a journey?

In Quickwork, a transaction represents the entire end-to-end flow of a journey. Each time a journey is triggered, it counts as a single transaction, regardless of the outcome (Succeeded, Pending, or Failed) or the number of steps involved.

For example, if customer feedback entered into a Google Sheets spreadsheet triggers the creation of a support ticket in Freshdesk, this entire process—from logging feedback to creating the ticket—constitutes one transaction, even though multiple steps are involved.
