Why is my initiated trigger not reflecting in the History tab in Quickwork?

If your initiated trigger is not reflecting in the History tab, here are a few things to check:
- Click on the Refresh button on History tab.
- Ensure that the trigger conditions are met. If the trigger conditions aren’t satisfied, the journey won’t execute.
- IIf your trigger relies on an external API or service, ensure that it’s operational and not experiencing downtime.
- If you're using a polling trigger, there may be a delay based on the polling interval you’ve set. Consider refreshing the journey after polling interval interval of 1 minute
