Why is my initiated trigger not reflecting in the History tab in Quickwork?

    If your initiated trigger is not reflecting in the History tab, here are a few things to check:

    1. Click on the Refresh button on History tab.
    2. Ensure that the trigger conditions are met. If the trigger conditions aren’t satisfied, the journey won’t execute.
    3.  IIf your trigger relies on an external API or service, ensure that it’s operational and not experiencing downtime.
    4. If you're using a polling trigger, there may be a delay based on the polling interval you’ve set. Consider refreshing the journey after polling interval interval of 1 minute
