I'm getting the "Oauth2 exception could not retract access token" error while attempting to connect to Facebook Messenger, even though access permissions seem correct. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

  The "Oauth2 exception could not retract access token" error you're encountering typically occurs when an incorrect Facebook Page ID is entered during the connection setup.

  To resolve this issue, follow these steps in Connect to window to obtain the correct Facebook Page ID:

  1) Login to your Facebook account and select the page that you want to link.
  2) Click on your Page's name in the left menu to go to it.
  3) Click the About tab below your Page's cover photo.
  4) Click the Page transparency to find your Page ID.

  Once the correct Page ID is entered, the connection should work without any issues.
