In the Microsoft Outlook 'Send email' action, you can attach an Excel file from OneDrive using the Attachments by reference field. This field allows you to directly pass the link to your Excel file.
Here’s how to get the file link:
- Use the 'List files and folders' or 'List children' action from OneDrive, and select the 'Web Url' data pill for your Excel file.
- Alternatively, you can open the Excel file in OneDrive, click on the green 'Share' button at the top right, and then select 'Copy Link'.
Once you have the link, you can paste it into the Attachments by reference field to attach the file to your email.
