Why am I receiving the "Failed to start journey" error when trying to start a Quickwork Journey?

    The error "Failed to start journey" occurs when the subscription for the account needs to be updated. This usually happens if the account has exceeded its usage limits or if the current plan has expired.

    To resolve this, please update your subscription by checking the billing section in Quickwork, or contact support to upgrade your plan if needed.
