Why are some transactions stuck in a pending state?

    Transactions may remain in a pending state due to the following reasons:

    •  Check for delays or errors from external APIs.
    • Review the decision-making conditions in your journey to ensure they are correct and not causing delays.
    •  For Ask a question steps, the transaction will remain pending until user input is received.
    •  If using actions like Delay via Scheduler by Quickwork, the transaction will resume once the specified time has passed.
