What should I do when transactions fail while running a journey?

    To resolve failed transactions, consider the following:

    1.  Ensure that the APIs of the apps you are interacting with are working properly and not facing downtime.
    2. Make sure the credentials and API endpoints are correct and valid.
    3.  If the app’s schema or input fields have changed, refresh the journey to update them with the latest fields.
    4.  Confirm network connections, particularly for external services and ensure IP whitelisting is completed.
