Agent typing trigger for WhatsApp

    To configure the Agent Typing trigger event, follow these steps:

    1. In Conversation Management by Quickwork, go to the Inbox settings and check the Agent Typing Event checkbox at chat.quickwork.co.
    2. In your journey, select the "Agent is Typing" trigger event. In the first step of the journey, choose the channel you're using to communicate (e.g., WhatsApp).

    Note: The Typing Trigger only works with multichannel connections, such as WhatsApp + Conversation Management by Quickwork.
