I need to update the email ID for the journey's error message. Can you please guide me on how to change the email ID?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the email ID for the error notifications, as it is tied to the email ID used for your Quickwork platform account.
If you are planning to create a new Quickwork platform account, then you can migrate your journeys one by one using the shareable link feature in that account and email id registered with this new account will be used for error messages from the Quickwork platform.
