Issue with sending message to opted-in numbers in Google Sheets

Hi, can someone help me check this journey? I’m trying to send messages to all opted-in WhatsApp numbers listed in my Google Sheet. I’ve set up the foreach loop, but it keeps sending the message to only one number. Are my steps set up correctly?

  If you’re looking at the WhatsApp step, please note that in a foreach loop, the History section only displays the last row's value. This might be why it seems like it’s only sending to one number.
