Problem with Twitter DM

Hi,
When trying to send a direct message to a user, we are receiving the following error message:

 "error": "Response from Twitter API: {\"Status Code\":403,\"Body\":\"{\\\"errors\\\":[{\\\"code\\\":349,\\\"message\\\":\\\"You cannot send messages to this user.\\\"}]}\"}"

  If the user is not following you, has blocked you, or has not directly messaged you, you will receive the error "code: 349, message: 'You cannot send messages to this user.'"
