How can I download or export chat conversation history from Quickwork Chat?

  1. You can download individual chats from Quickwork Chat (QC) by accessing the dashboard. Please check the dashboard for this option. Documentation link: https://docs.chat.quickwork.co/understanding-the-terminology-and-gui.
  2. The option to export chat history is also available through the Conversation Management feature in Settings -> Account Settings.
