Why is the Tools tab not visible to team members when accessing someone else's workspace?

  The Tools tab only appears in a user's own account and not when they are using another's workspace. Account owner can manage databases, constants, and teams via the Tools tab, but team members cannot access these features directly.

  However, team members can access some of these features indirectly through connectors:

  • Databases: Use the “Databases by Quickwork” connector (Link)
  • Constants: Access constants as Data Pills in the journey creation screen under Data Tree Output
  • APIs: Use the “Callable Journey” connector (Link)
