Why am I unable to link Quickwork to Freshchat, and what does the error message mean?

I’m trying to connect Quickwork with Freshchat, but I keep receiving the following error:
{"success":false,"error_code":0,"error_message":"java.lang.RuntimeException: Token not present"}
Can anyone explain what this error means and how to resolve it?
